AIMS/GOALS


Our pivotal aim or goal is to assist man, more especially the African youth to be deliberate in; ‘choosing right, thinking right, creating right’ and to accomplish

thought. To do this we have three main areas. These are;

EduNeeds Project :- Educational Sponsorship
ParaDrive Program:- Leadership and Creativity Training
IAFE Troops:- Impact Assessment and Feedback Evaluation

  EduNeeds Program:- Educational Sponsorship


 EduNeed program is the first and primary arm of AI. This arm focuses on adopting, educating and sponsoring young people from stage 4 through the rest of their educational experience. This program is in phases,
Visiting deprived areas to adopt young pupils. The adoption would involve all stakeholders including:-
a) Parents
b) All Educationist
c) Local Authorities
d) Assess the financial status of the families involved in the adoption, to ascertain the need for sponsorship. Assessment would be done through; home, school and office visits.
Conclude the adoption process by signing the necessary document of adoption.

   ParaDrive Program: Leadership, Creativity Training and Community Development.

 ParaDrive program is the second arm of AI. AI’s focuses here on educating, training and inculcating the spirit of leadership; that is the ‘Am able’:-I can’ spirit into people from all walks of life. This program is in two parts.
a) Make the educate illiterates, literates
b) Equipping both educated, semi educated and uneducated with vision, employable skill and the ability to create personal, national and international wealth and success.

 IAFE Troops: Impact Assessment and Feedback Evaluation

IAFE troops; is AI’s backbone. Here, all AI’s activities are carefully collected and assessed. Successes are collaborated, reports are written and sent to partners; interest organizations, sponsors etc. these are to be done in phases:-
Collecting data on AI’s activities; through filming, snap-shots, written document people views and assessment of our activities in their communities. Assessing and Analysing the data accumulated through discussions and critical assessment.
